I am starting a new weekly drop-in for bumps, babies and toddlers in May – as an extension to my Birth & Baby Basics antenatal and postnatal courses.

Birth & Baby Basics will be at The Play Station in Gosforth every Monday morning from April 16th providing a drop-in and courses for parents with a baby and/or toddler.
Monday Mums 10-30-11.30am
A free drop-in for mums with a baby and/or a toddler – there’s chat, support, information and reassurance when you need it. Mums need other mums and the café does great coffee
and cake too!
Massage & Mayhem 11.30am-12.30pm
A 4-week course for parents with a baby and a toddler – massage your baby while your toddler plays. The sessions will be informal, there will be chaos as your toddlers come and go but it will be fun and a place where you can get information and reassurance should you need it.
The Play Station is the perfect venue for parents of young children in Newcastle – it’s a small softplay and toddlers can play and still be in view.

at Kiki’s Kabin in North Shields
Call in any time between 10.30am – 12 to have a cuppa and a chat, to get information plus support and reassurance when you need it!
Run by Janine Rudin – antenatal teacher, postnatal discussion leader, doula and baby massage instructor – you won’t get told what to do but you will be listened to and supported and you may get some new ideas from the other mums

If you are pregnant, have a baby and/or a toddler and you fancy a friendly face, some chat, a cuppa and, maybe, a slice of cake pop into Kiki’s Kabin in North Shields tomorrow. I will be there between 10-11.30am and I am also available for baby holding duty while you enjoy a hot cuppa!

The drop-in at Kiki’s Kabin on Wednesday mornings runs 10-11.30am. It is free to get in for mums and babies under one and there is a small charge for over 1′s.
It is perfect for pregnant mums, mums and babies, mums with toddlers and pre-schoolers and mums with a baby and a toddler.
Kiki’s has a lovely cafe, plenty of toys and small softplay for small people to explore. There’s plenty of chat and an opportunity for information, to celebrate the highs of being a mum as well as having a moan about any lows.
And I am always able to cuddle a baby, giving you the chance to have a hot cuppa…
