As you will know, Frankie has featured regularly on this blog over the last few weeks due to the amazing physical challenge she will complete in September to raise awareness of and money for the vital work of SANDS and to honour her daughter, Ella, who was stillborn and would have been two on the weekend Frankie completes her
Half Ironman challenge.
